Statements for sales and delivery terms are in effect for Forlaget Bech-Andersen Consult ApS.
The terms apply if no other written agreement exists between buyer and Bech-Andersen Consult ApS.

Documentation and manuals
If product information and manuals are available, these will be sent along with the shipment from Forlaget Bech-Andersen Consult ApS.

Delivery time and transport. 
Delivery of items from Forlaget Bech-Andersen Consult ApS is fulfilled, when the buyer has received the product(s). The delivery time depends of the delivery method selected on the order. 

Responsibility of Purchaser
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to download the product immediately and securely back up all purchases. The seller is not liable for any loss or damage to products after download. A €5 re-download fee will be applied if a new download link is requested for any product that is no longer listed on Forlaget Bech-Andersen Consult ApS.

License
By purchasing you acknowledge that the ownership of the product is not transferred to you and may not be claimed as your own. Ownership is retained by the seller.

Return/Refund Policy
Purchased items can be returned within 14 days from invoice date. The product must be unused and in original packing.
Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
You acknowledge that all downloadable products are non-refundable and not returnable, under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Installation and Use
By purchasing and/or downloading products on www.b-a.dk, you agree to not distribute the products to any other person including family, co-workers, friends, other photographers or other. Products may be installed on any computers or device owned by the purchaser of the product. You also agree to not save, download or install products on any computer or device not owned by the purchaser.

You may NOT redistribute or resell the product in whole or in part. This strictly prohibits uploading/sharing on Tangent Sites, forums, emails, disks or other where someone other than the purchaser can view, download or copy files.

All products are protected under Copyright Laws and are not to be distributed, resold, shared, or copied in any form.

Disclaimer of Warrenties and Liabilities
Downloaded files are provided “as is”. No warranty is offered, explicit or implied, regarding the accuracy of any information, or any rights or licenses under this agreement including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 Forlaget Bech-Andersen Consult ApS shall not be liable to you or to any other person or entity for any general, punitive, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, or lost profits or any other damages, costs or losses arising out of your use of the website or digital files downloaded.

Seller reserves the right to change or modify the terms of use at any time.

Customs Duties and Taxes at the Destination Country
Per EU regulations no Customs or Duties will be charged for any items shipped from our DK Warehouse to any EU Country.

For Countries outside the EU, your order may be subject to Customs charges or Duties. These charges are the responsibility of the Customer (buyer).
Bech-Andersen Consult ApS will not charge VAT or other Taxes at the time of purchase for customers with Shipping and Billing Addresses outside DK and EU.
However many countries apply additional Import Duties, Customs and/or VAT to imported goods.
These taxes are dependent on each country's local laws and regulations. It is the Customer's responsibility to check with their local Customs Office about possible charges. The customer is also responsible for all charges that may be applied to your order upon arrival at the Customer's destination country.
